Field Marketing Manager

We’re currently recruiting a Field Marketing Manager to join the Eyrus Marketing Team. In this role, we are looking for a creative, passionate, and strategic thinker to help us develop and execute revenue driving marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience with hyper-growth, B2B SaaS start-up marketing, and event activation. This role will be focused on articulating to ideal prospective and current customers the value propositions of Eyrus products using various mediums such as event marketing, in-person meetings, regional specific activation initiatives and more. Tracking the execution of all segmented marketing campaigns and their success through KPI’s, and reporting findings to corporate stake holders, and creating repeatable processes will be required.

The impact of this role will help Eyrus move quickly to achieve our revenue metrics, continue to establish brand presence in targeted audiences, and elevate the growth of company success.

This position will report to the Director of Marketing and may work remotely anywhere in the U.S. We are looking for candidates to join us immediately!

What will you do?

• Define a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy
• Working closely with sales on sales enablement within strategic regions and accounts
• Establish and measure brand sentiment scores to understand the depth of understanding for the Eyrus brand within strategic accounts
• Procure, manage, and report on field marketing initiatives within specific verticals and the key performance indicators (KPI’s) on successes
• Understand the prospects problems as it relates to worksite management and jobsite intelligence, and how to establish Eyrus as a tool to get their solution
• Plan and host online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships
• Strategize, build, and execute integrated field campaigns that involve email marketing, direct mail marketing, and other channels as you see fit
• Assist regional sales team as needed, including increasing brand awareness locally/regionally, and driving leads and MQLs
• Use our content management tool to build landing pages (for events, webinars, eBooks, etc.), and send automated and personalized behavioral emails
• Support various other marketing projects as needed

What have you done?

• BA/BS in marketing, communications, advertising, English, or related field is preferred
• 5+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in field marketing or sales enablement
• Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, execution and implementing strategy
• Experience with Project Management, Revenue Operations, Budget Management, Lead Generation, Pipeline Generation, Event Activation
• Experience partnering with an high-functioning enterprise sales team
• Knowledge of marketing automation/email marketing tools (Hubspot preferred)
• Exceptional written, grammatical and editing skills required
• Heightened communication and collaboration skills necessary
• You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
• You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
• You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
• Confident with a dynamic personality
• Proven ability to hold others accountable
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, working independently in certain functions, and cross-collaborate in the company as required
