What if my project doesn’t have a “badging requirement”?  

Eyrus supports mobile phone-based data collection where no hardware or physical badges are required. A worker’s mobile phone can be used as an identifier to operate secured turnstiles or doors or Eyrus can leverage location services on a phone to geofence a jobsite where secured access points are not required.

We don’t self-perform, and I am under a lump sum contract with my subcontractors, why should I care about which workers are on my project?

Even under a lump-sum contract structure, GCs still benefit from understanding who is on their sites. From objective productivity monitoring to compliance reporting, GCs need to know how the project is performing and if the workforce is properly certified.

What project size is too small for Eyrus?

GCs using Eyrus benefit from the insights and analytics provided for small renovations through large new capital projects. The cost and complexity of Eyrus is scalable as knowing who is on your site is important for projects of all sizes.

I am not sure I can get sub-contractor agreement to use Eyrus?

The easy, and probably obvious, answer is to write the use of workforce visibility into your contracts. However, subcontractors significantly benefit from the automated data collected and safety functionality provided by Eyrus. Each sub-contractor can be given Eyrus access to see project data for only their component of the overall workforce.

We have a solution for capturing headcount on our projects, why would I need Eyrus?

Bottom line headcount is important but actual worker hours are significantly more valuable. For example, instead of just knowing I had 10 electricians on site today, Eyrus provides details on the actual workers that make up the headcount.  We can tell you if each worker is certified, their demographic information as well as detailed information regarding fatigue or past incidents on your projects.

Do I have to have a project with turnstiles to use Eyrus?

No, most of our projects don’t leverage turnstiles, manned guard shacks or gate controllers. By leveraging BLE or mobile data collection devices, we can still provide valuable project insights without the investment in turnstiles.
