WASHINGTON, D.C. (October 13, 2021) - Eyrus, a leading workforce visibility platform, is pleased to welcome Steve Baret to its leadership team. As Head of Strategy and Partnerships, Baret brings his deep industry knowledge to Eyrus and will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to further the platform's capabilities.
Prior to joining Eyrus, Baret spent over eight years at Mortenson, where he most recently served as an Innovation Manager, deploying virtual reality, augmented reality, digitization of pre-task planning tools and various innovations out of one of their data centers in Utah. During his tenure at Mortenson, he was part of planning and coordinating structures including hotels, higher education facilities, data centers, renewable energy projects, sports facilities and stadiums. Baret was also involved in various phases of projects including business development, pre-construction and design phase where he introduced and developed laser scanning, virtual reality for Mortenson’s Phoenix office.

Prior to joining Mortenson in 2016, he worked with Layton Construction, coordinating various healthcare projects across the nation, both for new-builds and occupied building renovations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and an AAS in architecture and interior design. Baret has been a presenter at various industry conferences over the years, including Autodesk University 2019.
