Customer Success Manager

Job Description

Eyrus is looking for a goal and results-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll utilize your strong technical problem-solving and people skills to help our clients gain the confidence to understand, use, and evangelize all the benefits of the Eyrus platform.

This role will report to our Director of Customer Success and can work remotely from any US location. We are looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Manage customer relationships and drive account & project expansion

• Manage onboarding process to ensure proper training is provided to all customers

• Set clear goals and expectations with customers and hold regularly scheduled meetings to confirm goals and/or identify pain points

• Provide continuing education and recommend products to improve the customer experience

• Help identify and qualify sales opportunities with existing clients

• Facilitate introductory meetings with key decision makers on potential future projects

• Employee goals/metrics:

• Customer Retention Rate

• Expansion Revenue (goals set yearly)

• NPS

• Build strategic relationships with clients, establishing yourself as their trusted technology consultant

• Take a proactive and consultative approach in identifying – and anticipating – a client’s needs and coordinate with the appropriate internal teams to develop solutions

• Travel to meet with clients, when appropriate

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of customer success experience in a related field; or 3+ years of general customer success experience.

• Eagerness and ability to learn quickly, remain agile, adapt to a changing product, and follow processes and procedures

• Team player who also works well without supervision and is detail-oriented and open-minded 

• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

• Proven history of over-quota achievement

• Prefer experience in the construction industry, and specifically top ENR segment

• Experience working with an extended sales team

• Eagerness and ability to learn quickly, remain agile, adapt to a changing product, and follow processes and procedures

• Team player who also works well without supervision and is detail-oriented and open-minded
